In the back of my mind I'm trying to still process and rationalize why it takes 3 guys doing nothing except for remarking about customers and ignoring the fact a rather large line is forming. The fact that you got the shift manager watching over his cook and paying no otherwise to the customers coming in. Wow, rather walk another 5 miles back to Panda Express.

I have been going to this Tokyo Joes for YEARS. Always been a pleasant experience and chill atmosphere and food is always great! Last few times I have been in there is a young lady at the counter and she is just flat out rude she seems to hates her job, acts like it’s a total Inconvenience when she’s taking your order/talking to you. She doesn’t reply when you say how are you, or please and thank you. I have had 3 experiences with her and all three times I just left thinking WOW. Last night when I picked up my order she was packing the Togo orders and just shoves the bag of food at a customer and turns her back to them to continue bagging other food orders, didnt one time acknowledge anybody who said thank you to her. I have a 5 dollar bill to give for a tip….usually try to tip in cash. Needless to say she didn’t get the 5 bucks and if I go there and she’s at the counter I’ll just go somewhere else In the mall to eat, cuz it’s just not worth absorbing/being around any of her negative I hate life energy. I love the food, and usually have a great experience with the employees working!

Ordered through Tokyo Joe's site for delivery. I was charged for my order, but it was never delivered. Store says it was picked up by door dash, door dash says it was canceled, meanwhile I am hungry and out $50.
Do not order from here, you WILL get screwed, robbed and left angry and hungry.
Tokyo Joe's and door dash do not care about you, especially if they have your money, you are a big nothing to them, but $$$
