This is a new restaurant in Highlands Ranch and I need to ask everyone who reads this to PLEASE go and eat at this restaurant. This was an amazing experience! We are from San Diego, California and this is the only place we have found in Colorado that has authentic Mexican food!!!!! The carne asada is on point, really good flour and corn tortillas. It's a happy day when I get to try out a Mexican food spot for the first time and it's actually good! And that's exact 3 what Los Carboncitos definitely was. All the salsas that came out were great but the spiciest orange one was my favorite.
The steak taco had great grilled flavor and the pastor burrito was massive and delicious with the green chili!
