Nordstrom Grill

Food, service and value are excellent! Make a reservation as it was very crowded for a regular Tuesday lunch. We will go back to try more food items.

Usually the service is great. The waitress this time was not attentive and unfriendly. She acted as if we were a bother. I asked for water with no ice, received water with ice. I asks for a straw, never got it from her asked another waiter. She took her time taking our order. Not a great experience this time around.

The crab bisque and halibut fish and chips were exceptional. Our server Daniel was top notch...

 I have always enjoyed my experience at the Park Meadows Nordstrom Grill and have been a regular there for over 10 years.  Their crab bisque is delicious and the French dip is wonderful. They take great pride in their special menus, and I have enjoyed many of those. However, in the last year or two the price of my food has gone up quite a bit. I don't mind paying for good food but the price that I am paying now for the same food that I have ordered for many years seems high. I do understand inflation and that servers should be paid more – it just seems like a lot sometimes. That being said, I will still continue to go to Nordstrom Grill, but perhaps not quite as often. I would highly recommend it to anybody who has not been there. It now falls into my treat category rather than my regular category 

Love eating at Nordstrom grill. You can never go wrong when ordering a Cesar salad and a beef dip.

Bobbi was our server and she was excellent. The customer service was impeccable. The food was delicious as usual.

We dine at Nordstrom cafe whenever we eat out. The food and service are always great! We especially like the hostess as she remembers us each time we visit. Great dining experience!

Service was great food was great - always consistently good and glad we had reservations as I have waited 40 minutes before too!

The Grill is a hidden oasis in a frantic busy suburban mall. The food is consistently delicious, French dip one of the best annywhere, portobello ravioli too! And, while a little pricey, the wine pours are tasty and generous. The staff are always gracious and attentive, and if you're lucky enough to have Brian as your server, you're lucky enough! Reserve a window booth for a fabulous Mountain View...enjoy!

We were early enough to take advantage of the Happy Hour menu. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and drinks. I particularly liked the Crab Bisque.

The soups were as expected, and enjoyed. The kalamata aioli with French fries and the calamari were much too salted.

Excellent crab bisque, but the cream cheese pumpkin whoopie pie was a tad small compared to Lancaster Pennsylvania Amish made, plus I never had a whoopie pie with sprinkles around the edges? Tastes ok, just small

Always enjoy eating here rather than the mall food court as its just a nice break in our shopping. However, yesterday (Monday) we had a quick lunch here and our server Ken was just incredible. He simply went above and beyond and is an amazing server on all levels. Thank you, Ken, for making our day so much nicer than it could have been. We appreciated you and your effort!

We had a fantastic experience ❤️ Abby was our server! She is amazing! The food is outstanding! John at the bar poured great drinks! The hostess Claudia was charming! Shane who buss is super cool and superior at his position! Thank you all for making it a wonderful night! Meghan can't forget you .. great job making sure our food was delivered on time! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Always a great experience! Food is great, burger is stellar. Great service, even better staff. Awesome spot for being a department store restaurant!
