I had gone to the Nordstom real to celebrate my birthday. We did have a good experience however I would say that the portion sizes are extremely small with the prices that the food is. Other than that even with a power outage, the restaurant handled everything really well and the tomato soup is amazing.
I don’t know what it was about this particular Sunday in August, 2024, but we got to the grill at 1 PM and was told we needed to wait 20 minutes to make sure the reservations were seated at first. After 20 minutes we went up and the woman at the hostess stand was overwhelmed, a server came up and said my entire section is empty, she had a long line of people wanting to be seated, and told me she hadn’t even looked at the waitlist, for which we had already waited 20 minutes for. She did not know what she was doing and didn’t know how to use the computer system. We decided to leave as this was not a nice, relaxing lunch.
This restaurant is located at the top floor of Nordstroms. Love the atmosphere and staff is so friendly and attentive. Our most favorite appetizers are the french fries and the brussel sprouts. The salads are fresh and delicious. Cheeseburger, gnocchi, and any of the soups of the day are my favorites. Kid friendly- my kids love the mac and cheese and french fries! Highly recommend if you're looking for a sit-down lunch place the next time you're at the mall.

The lunch salad was very good. I added shrimp which came perfectly prepared. Our service was attentive and helpful. I was shocked when I realized they charged 4.25 for a unsweetened glass of ice tea. I will not have that next time. Overall very nice lunch spot.
The restaurant reminds us of what was Nordstrom class service which doesn't exist in much of the store The guy in Children shoes couldn't even keep his pants up. So sad to shop and nice to have a Nordstrom level experience in the restaurant with kind clean smiles and good service Great food Well done!
Enjoyed Bruschetta, was very good and French onion soup except soup was slightly too salted. Entrees were good, the chicken sandwich was better than French dip, which was just ok. Would return to try other entrees. 1/2 off wine prices every Wednesday a very good deal.
From the greeting by the hostess to our departure following a memorable lunch, the food, service and ambiance made this Mother's Day tribute for my wife of 46 years and our daughter who is mother to two under two an excellent experience. Many thanks to the well trained and attentive front of house staff and to the wizards of the kitchen!
This place is awesome for families. It felt really private. When the rest of the mall was buzzing and the wait at Cheesecake Factory was 2 hours we got right in. The view from the third story is really cool and the food is on point and so is the service. Made my whole evening.

Kelly is great & so friendly! The food is always great. I had the tomato bisque soup and it's so delicious. And, all the salads are fresh and delicious as well. So enjoy going there!

Dining at Nordstroms Café in the Park Meadows Mall was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, and charming ambiance makes for a memorable experience every time we go!
Marilyn greeted me. She is so friendly and fun. My server was on top of everything. I was looking for a quiet place to have a great meal - it was that and more. I will definitely go back!
Server was less than enthusiastic to serve us with almost no one in the restaurant. For the price, food is not a great value. It's definitely gone a bit down hill over the years.
2 stars is generous. Calamari was extremely chewy. My wife's "Lavender Fiz" drink was just sprite and lemon juice. Pasta was a bit peppery, but not terrible. Her shrimp had clearly started to go bad with an extreme fishy profile and her pasta quite bland. Nearly $100 for just the two of us to get sub-par food isn't acceptable. The service could have been better as it took nearly 10 minutes after being seated to be addressed by our server. The atmosphere is outdated and resembled an "upscale cafeteria". We will not be returning.

One of my absolute favorite places to grab a bite to eat! A restaurant in my favorite department store? It’s genius! I’ve been coming here since it opened its doors. The food is amazing, best fries anywhere! The staff is hard working and friendly. Karen, Madilyn, McKenzie, and all the others who have come and gone over the years. I feel at home when I’m there and my girls love it too! We celebrate here! I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. Anytime, I come in I’m greeted warmly and if there’s ever anything amiss it’s tended to right away. Menus are inspired by seasonal offerings and usually include locally sourced options as much as possible. Love!
