“We love Wetzel's, but the last three times, our food has been on the stale/day old side. I'm hoping it improves.

Edit: I stopped by again to buy three pretzel dogs for my family. There was nothing to be had except regular pretzels, and the woman behind the counter making them could barely keep up with that. There was just her and the guy behindthe cash register. It was very busy in the mall for Christmas and they could have used another hand.

When I see ongoing apologizes from owners/managers and nothing changes, ultimately the responsibility rests on owners/managers.“
