I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a plate with two meats — burnt ends and brisket — and was charged extra ($20 total), but only received one meat. The burnt ends portion was small, and there was no brisket included at all. I know burnt ends come from brisket, but I ordered burnt ends AND brisket as two separate meats, and was charged accordingly.
I believe the confusion happened because I was deciding between the two when ordering. While I did confirm with the person at the register that I wanted both, it seems the cook only heard part of the order and didn't realize I had asked for both meats.

I reached out by email to let them know what happened, and they responded kindly, saying they would send me a gift card so I could come back and give them another chance. That gave me hope, but I never received anything. No follow-up, no card. That part honestly made the situation feel worse. If you're not going to follow through, why make the promise at all? I feel like Dan Fijolek never sent the gift card and only brushed it off.

I really wanted to like this place, but between being overcharged and the lack of follow-up, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated.

Georgia boys is awesome...way better than other bbq places in town, won't mention names.
Larissa at the bar is fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional

Food is 4 stars for Colorado. In a real BBQ part of the country it would be 3 stars. Tastes good and good quality, but you should not need a knife for bbq brisket. The corn bread is actually spoon bread, just FYI.I will probably go back, but they'd need to step up their game a lot to make it in Kansas City or Raleigh.

Ate there June 7 with a friend. Terrible experience. Ribs were pathetic. Bland, not even a salt taste. Texture was mushy. Obvious we were served leftovers. How old were they…2 days? 3 days?? Who knows. We both ate one bite. I should’ve complained but a hadn’t seen my friend in a long while and didn’t want to screw up our visit by complaining.

Great place to go for BBQ food around the area!

The brisket, ribs, chicken, and pulled pork were very well done. Nice smokey flavor, and I love their bbq sauce. Everyone is friendly, and the service is quick. Drawbacks: It's expensive, portions could be bigger for the amount you pay, parking is tricky, and FYI, they put jalapeños in their cornbread. The other sides are good.

Great place! My wife and I had them cater our wedding 1.5 years ago and we came back for this Christmas season to have some more..still amazing as 1.5 years ago! Our waitress was great. Thank you Madi! My wife has Celiac, and they have great food options for those who need strict GF food.

FOOD POISONING!!!! Catered for a birthday party and everyone got food poisoning, vomitting all night, took me a week to recover. When notified, they offered a gift card!!! As if we would ever eat there again. Hundreds of dollars spent on the catering, should be a full refund. Despicable.

We had Thanksgiving dinner take out, and the smoked turkey, chicken dressing was great. Plenty to feed at least 8 to 10 people. Highly satisfied.

In town for work in Superior, but I live in Georgia so I decided to make the drive to try it out. I must say, these people did GA proud because all the food ordered was absolutely delicious and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. Great smoke flavor and the sides were done right too. Worth the 30 minute drive for sure. Thanks. I’ll recommend.

I’ve been to all the backroad southern bbq spots. Ive been to the bbq institutions of the Midwest. And I’ve been to the ‘long line but worth it’ big city bbq joints. Georgia Boys is right up there with em, truly a rare gem for bbq in Colorado. Burnt ends are so flavorful and rich. Menu is large but the popular items are worth trying. If you have to order one meal get the .5 lb of burnt ends, side of mac n cheese, and coleslaw.
