Cielito Lindo Mexican is a family run restaurant in Longmont. The owner is welcoming and provides amazing hospitality. The atmosphere is friendly, and anyone is welcome. The food is incredibly authentic, fresh, and delicious. The house Margarita and Presidente Margs are on point. The menu has excellent quality seafood dishes, traditional options, and amazing green chili. Meals like carnita and asada street tacos, the Fav burrito, barilla tacos, and cilantro enchiladas are excellent. The service is wonderful and personable. Even if staff is low, they manage to keep things on time. This is a feel good restaurant that has never managed to disappoint.
