MECO Coffee Collective is now my Go-To coffee joint in Longmont. Great coffee, yummy treats, cheerful baristas, and a cozy vibe that is full of great art for sale.
MECO Longmont is such a cool concept with the local art and goods that they have all over the shop. Their coffee is great and their baked goods are delicious! MECO Louisville is a much smaller location so they’re not yet able to display much of the local artisanal goods, but the love and positivity of this business continues to shine through in their coffee, pastries, and interactions with their employees. Thanks for being such a positive force in these two great local communities!
