Sabor y Salsa is a vibrant, family-run spot serving great and authentic Mexican food inside the Relish food hall. The menu is packed with tempting dishes, from amazing nachos and street tacos to a loaded plate of asada fries. The flavors are bold, fresh, and clearly made with love and passion, with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. Many dishes, like the delicious house-marinated pork and carne asada, taste like they came straight off the grill.
A major highlight is the homemade salsa bar, which is spotless and features amazing, handcrafted salsas made with care, including a loved Diablo sauce and a recommended roasted one. For drinks, the hibiscus tea and the perfectly balanced cucumber and lime agua fresca are refreshing and not too sweet. The service is incredibly nice, friendly, welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. It is a gem with hardworking owners who put their heart and soul into their craft, making you want to come back soon. Highly recommended.
