“I recently visited the Ironwood Bar and Grill in Boulder, Colorado, located right on a gorgeous golf course, and the experience was absolutely lovely. The views were stunning, and what really made the visit stand out was our server, Dylan. He truly went above and beyond—he even handed me an extra lemonade to take with me on the way out. On top of that, he arranged for the chef to prepare a bison burger for lunch, which is usually only available at dinner. I brought along two business guests, and they were equally impressed by both the food and the overall atmosphere. All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Several years ago, when I worked in Westminster, I ate at MAD GREENS at least 3 times a week. I found another MAD GREENS where I relocated, but it didn't feel as much of a "Family" as Westminster, where I had gotten to know most of the employees. Imagine my delight when, after many years, I walk in and hear "Hi Tom" from Lauren, one of the people who still there. She is now the Manager. Even though the signage has changed, the salads are still as luscious and delicious as I remember. Thank you, Lauren, for helping me feel like I'm coming home for lunch and for keeping MAD GREENS as the best place in the world for Salad and Satisfaction. Salady is such a fun and refreshing little find in Westminster. I love that they offer Korean inspired bowls and salads; it’s not something you see often in this area. The ingredients taste really fresh, and I especially like the soba noodle bowl with beef rib after a workout, super flavorful without feeling heavy.

That said, the service can be a bit hit or miss. The staff is friendly when you’re there in person, but I’ve noticed some inconsistency with to go orders. A couple of times dressings or toppings were missing, which is a little frustrating. Still, the food itself makes up for it, and when everything goes smoothly it’s such a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, just double check your take out bag before leaving. 🥗🫜“

“We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! “Absolutely fabulous music was good not too loud that you couldn’t have a conversation. It was a great temperature inside a relief from the weather outside. They had a pretty full bar for the most part. Service was fantastic. My Waitress Ping. Was outstanding she checked on me frequently made sure that everything was OK at all times such a wonderful treatment. The food was spectacular. I did have to pay a little extra to get the fried rice and instead of the white rice worth every penny everything smelled terrific tasted fantastic. Very fresh. Nothing was What I wouldn’t expect from a fantastic place. They are fairly new only a little over a year and everybody should come check it out. Pricing was great specials were worth trying. I enjoyed the entire experience. You might have a little bit of a harder time finding parking in the parking lot. You might have to walk a little bit, but there is plenty of parking since it’s attached to the same parking lot as Lowe’s.“

“Tried out Birdcall on Pearl Street and ordered two chicken sandwiches: the seasonal K-POP ($10.25) and their signature Rancher ($9.50).

The K-POP sandwich had a fun, fresh twist with Korean BBQ glaze, gochugaru spice, scallions, and kimchi coleslaw. It was definitely flavorful and crispy, but probably a one-time try for me—not something I'd go back for.

Now, the Rancher was the real winner. Loaded with crispy chicken, bacon onion jam, white cheddar, and their Bird-B-Q sauce, it was juicy, saucy, and hit all the right notes. It was so good it felt like a guilty pleasure worth repeating.

Both sandwiches were hot, steam-piping fresh, and delivered an impressive crunch. They're large enough that you really don’t need any sides like fries.

Birdcall operates on a self-service model. You order and pay at touchscreen kiosks, then pick up your food from the pickup counter. It’s quick, efficient, and keeps things simple.“

However, the drinks have me debating on whether I’ll ever come back. We order oaxacan old fashions and what came out didn’t resemble or even remotely taste like one. They were pink lemonades MAYBE with a little alcohol for $15. We were regulars at Beltrans before this place bought them out and we miss the old bartenders. This one clearly has no idea what a oaxacan old fashioned even is. I mean honestly LOOK at this…“

On the phone manager was very apathetic and refused to make it right. He kept talking over me, even in person, and when I called him out on it he told me literally verbatim that I was a liar. Drove over to the store, returned the cold pizza and got a proper hot pizza with a side of attitude. For a $25 pizza, it should be received hot or replaced.“

We arrived with a sticky mess in the car and without prompting I received absorbent cloths and wet wipes to clean it up, then my daughter announced to the whole restaurant that our other daughter and her friend just got first place in a cheer competition (to her utter embarrassment) and not only was the staff not annoyed but they gave us cow stuffies, brownies and sandwich coupons for the entire team.
