I had not been to Melting Pot for some time and now I wonder why I waited. The fondue experience is fun and delicious. The ambiance is very calm and conversation is easy which is great because it takes some time to have this journey through four courses . The food was excellent. Asia was absolutely fantastic! We hardly ever go out, but she made the entire night for us! Never felt rushed, always had a smile on her face, and was very knowledgeable about everything. This is what true hospitality looks like!
As always, the food is great. I enjoy the lighting and ambiance of this venue. The server was very nice however after receiving our entree did not check back with us and we needed other items. We caught another server for assistance. I was very disappointed about not getting my birthday strawberries. Was informed that you're supposed to call ahead for them.
