Make sure you're very clear when you give them your name. You can stand there patiently for 15 minutes listening for your name and they'll call or something like Ryan and then when you go to ask them nicely about where your order is they'll get frustrated at you for them calling out the wrong name.
The staff here is so nice and the food is always perfect!
Note: Vanilla ice coffee to go does not include creamer as shown in the pics.

Einstein Bros. Bagels offers good bagels, with some customers praising their breakfast sandwiches. Many reviews highlight the nice and caring staff, making it a pleasant place to visit. Some customers come every morning just to enjoy their coffee and say hi. Although there have been issues with server mistakes, leading to overcharges and incorrect orders, the staff is described as helpful, amazing, and patient, especially with children. There has also been some dissatisfaction with the quality of items like the orange juice. However, customers appreciate the rewards program and the availability of kid-friendly options, including special drinks for children. Overall, it remains a popular spot for breakfast and grabbing a baker's dozen of bagels to take home.
