Was charged for a meal we didn’t order or receive. Thankfully the manager said they will make it good. Food was ok…country fried steak was old and portions went in1/4-1/2 of what they used to be…also 2T of gravy on top of the steak and none on the mashed potatoes. Burger was good…same with chicken fingers.
Today we had the most pleasant experience at the Loveland, CO, Cracker Barrel with our friends. Our waitress, Diedre, made the experience so much fun. Her pleasant demeanor and considerate actions won us over! She is one of the best waitresses we encountered!
Been eating there for over 45 years. Always enjoyed my visits and lunch specials and early dinner specials. The waiter that waited on me when I first went there is still there! How many places have had an employee stay that long?
