Watch out for the predatory con artist waitress. She’s the one with black hair, neck tattoo, and double nose piercing. Would not recommend paying with cash. I was in yesterday for dinner, and I feel like the waitress thought I was more buzzed than I was, and took advantage of me. I wanted to leave her a cash tip (because she complained that tips are still taxed and that her checks are tiny) so I paid for about half of it with my card and the rest with cash. I told her I needed change to pay the rest of the bill and tip her. She started walking back to the kiosk to do it properly, and instead turned around and said wait, I have some change. She proceeded to count the money in front of me Incorrectly, and then said “that good?” I wish I would’ve said no that I want her to run it through the system and do everything properly. But her energy was very intimidating and I wasn’t looking to fight the waitress at old Chicago over it. During the card payment, as well as during the cash exchange, she stood over me in a very disrespectful and rude manner. If this is the kind of con artist waiting staff hired by old Chicago, I will not be returning. Ended up with no receipt of the exchange and lost some faith in humanity.

I ordered the Chicken PestoAlfredo.

Was served Mac and Cheese (Spiral Noodles)with a few pieces of chicken.

Called the waitress, Michelle. I said I ordered the Chicken Pesto Alfredo. Was told they were out of Penne.

I said this is not what I ordered.
She took the food back and brought me another dish.

Supposed to have been CHICKEN Pesto ALFREDO.
I didn't eat it. It was NOT CHICKEN Pesto ALFREDO.
of course, I wasn't charged for it.
They did charge my husband for his Chicken Parmesan.

I am home now eating a Hot Pocket.

PLEASE COMMENT. I ASK DO THESE DISHES LOOK REMOTELY THE SAME?

Our server Courtney was absolutely terrible. Did not check to see if we needed anything past 20 minutes of us placing our order. She rolled her eyes at my wife when asked if she could please take our empty salad bowls. The manager could not even remember her name when I asked. Our food was cold and she proceeded to have an attitude even when the general manager John came out to talk with us. Horrible experience.

I'm sitting there on a Saturday. First day of NCAA football playoffs, also one of the biggest football days in America because there is 2 NFL games playing. I'm in the bar. We're listening to golf! Golf is on a majority of the TV's as well. As I'm typing this they switched it over. Slow attention to detail. It was fixed without asking. I'll boost the atmosphere to 3 star from 1 star.

I thought Old Chicago was out of business.

We went to the Loveland location tonight, sat in the bar for 20 minutes with zero service, not even an acknowledgment. Ended up leaving and went to BWW.

Alexandra was one of the best servers I’ve had in a really long time. Never had to ask for a refill and super on top of it with not only our food but every one of her tables. Food was amazing but her service was the best! 10/10!!

Great pizzeria in Loveland, the truth is that the quality and price are very competitive, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and very well decorated. A place to return to without a doubt

Probably more a sign of the times... food taste / details not what they were... ranch dressing not the same recipe and no almonds. Same with the Thai pie pizza sauce. Still good just not the same.

Well, when you’re eating a pizza at OC and you’re thinking that Domino’s would’ve been a much better choice, you know you’re not going back. We ordered a custom pizza and it was the most bland, tasteless pizza I’ve ever had.

They forgot the Canadian bacon. Our waitress brought out the Canadian bacon separately but it took so long our pizza was cooled off by then. The way the pizza was cut made absolutely no sense.

We didn’t get the sauce that was supposed to come with the fried pickles so we had to request it along with a refill of water. Also didn’t have napkins, silverware or red pepper flakes.

$53 for a pizza, fried pickles and two waters. Waste of time, money and use of taste buds.

Banned.
