I feel horrible for the people that work here, it’s very obviously understaffed. I had ordered two drinks that took about 20 minutes to come out, they weren’t made correctly and had way too much syrup in them .The young women that helped me out was very nice but you could tell was flustered. I would hope the owner would resolve this but after reading other reviews it appears that it’s been an ongoing issue.
We came to this Sonic and discovered it was just as bad as every other Sonic in town. We went to the car hop area so we could sit and chat pressed the button, no response after 5 minutes pressed again waited again and was then told to go to the drive thru. Got to the order spot waited again...no one in line. Gave my order the person who took it said nothing except my total. Got to the window kid opened took my money gave back change gave our drinks then food. And again said nothing....read full review
