This location is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Three separate times they messed up my order. I ordered my drink 20 mins before going to the store today. I waited 20 more minutes asking several times for an update. They never could make my drink. Then when they refunded me, I was short a few dollars. The customer service at this location is not good. There’s a Dunkin across the street that’s much better.

Starbucks Coffee Company provides great service and a great guest experience. The team is very kind, caring, and professional. A guest was even offered a season special of a pumpkin spice grande coffee at no charge. The coffee is hot and delicious, with a dark brew made in the Clover. The staff is helpful, assisting with accounts. The store has a nice environment with lots of space and seating, good music, and is clean. However, it can be rather loud inside, making it hard to hear others when sitting down for drinks. Customers note it is their favorite location, with perfect drinks and wonderful interactions every time. The staff goes out of their way to help, being speedy and making a huge difference.
