“I don't much care about the atmosphere. I am more about the service. There is a woman here who goes above what is expected. When a person sees a customer walk in and immediately knows what they want, that is service. She is always nice and service oriented. My daughter is always saying that she hopes she is at work. Rob Woodward make the right move and put this one in charge at this location. Then have her go do some District Manager training.“
“Amazing customer service!!! I was in tonight and the gal working was cheerful and made my sandwich just as I like it! I was shocked to see gal who is there in the mornings working in Estes Park and she offered the same smile and cheerful voice and remembered me from her subway and asked if I wanted the usual, a real good feeling!!“

He was kind, professional, and patient with all the customers who were waiting.
He deserves praise (and a raise!) for holding down the fort alone and being awesome while doing it!

“By far the Best subway in Loveland. The two Staff members were friendly, fast, and clean. You can tell they take pride in their work and work very hard! I wish I got their names so I could give them a personal shout out. Promote them to manager/owner! We ordered during lunch hours (12:30ish). Go give them a try!“

“I'll admit, yesterday I started a bad review that posted before I could correct the information, so allow me to now. My original order was scarce and poorly made. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that the food I received was not only correct in portion size but she went out of her way to make sure I continue to dine here. Good food, amazing customer service, a willingness to grow and learn from mistakes. Thank You Subway and Jessica! I'll keep coming back.“
