Subway in Longmont

“Customer service has really gone down hill at fast food places in general since the pandemic.The manager here stays on top of situations that may arise. She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn't even need need introduce myself.. I almost did a double take when she listened and responded appropriately.She turned a bad experience into a positive.“

“There's a taller gentleman with black hair there that is a major asset! Worked lots of retail over the years and that dude knows customer service. Kind and courteous and delicious sandwiches too! Definitely an easy place to visit if you get anxiety ordering too.“

“I order from this Subway when ever I'm in town because its certainly better than the others. My subs have always been large and packed with ingredients. Can't say the same for other Subway. I ordered today on the app using an offer, app took my order and charged my card. I get to the location and their internet is down, so they're only taking cash. I explained what happened, and the mgr gracefully honored the offer. I paid in cash. Now I have to get Subway to refund my CC charge. Needless to say, I left as big a tip as I had on me.“

“Teddi gave me an authentic smile when I walked in and engaged me in conversation while she executed sandwich artistry. My eyes were darting back and forth between her and the delicious masterpiece I eventually devoured so fast I almost forgot to enjoy it. I won't lie. I walked into Walmart not expecting that kind of service from Subway. I'm a single male and cook 95% of my meals. I haven't been happy with the service at most places so it was refreshing to be treated in such a way. She made that sandwich like she was gonna eat it and that's where it's at!“

The other day the place was clean.The People There are nice and the sandwiches are not bread sandwiches like Jimmy John's, they give you more meat for what you get versus the other guy, since they are closer to my job, I'll probably come here more often just because.“

“Had a great experience! Just simple customer service goes a long way, Devin working the night shift independently was helpful, polite, and friendly. If this guy isn’t a manager he definitely should be :) Store was closing in 30min and everything was still out a stocked up, we apologized for coming so close to closing. But he replied “you’re welcome at any time.” And Loaded up our sandwiches perfectly!“

“This was a wonderful experience at subway. I dont write reviews often but with this consideration i may aswell have to. Ajohnni was a great provider for my meal and made sure to ask questions for things i might have missed, almost forgot my sauces haha. The food was great. I almost went up and hugged the man at the register for the food i just ate. His name was jayleen he said and he also deserves some credit for having a good attitude and being a hard working employee. The food was toasted perfectly, vegetables spread evenly, and there was just the right amount of meat placed on my sandwich. I 100% recommend this area, they checked all the boxes on what a responsible fast food establishment should be. Love to see it.“
