Subway in Fort Collins

“Mike and Mandy as managers are not taking care of orders properly. My most favorite item on my sandwich is pickles how does subway not have pickles?? Not only pickles but lettuce too. Please place orders accordingly as subway should never be out of lettuce or pickles. Thank you.“

“I came in today and Spencer is one of the best employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I moved to Colorado about two months ago and going to the Subway is nothing like it is in Alaska. Spencer is one of the best employees he was super happy and when I told him that my sandwich was a little too raw, he made me another one and said don’t worry about it. It’s just it’s kind of crazy. You don’t find good customer service anymore but this guy he actually gave me a good customer service. I go to Subway probably three times a week and now I’m always gonna come to this location“

“I haven’t been to this location in a longtime because of a past experience. After trying it again I’m glad to say the Latina lady that helped me was amazing! She greated me with a beautiful smile and was kind and helpful! She is a great addition to your team and she deserves a raise! My cookie wasn’t stale and tasted delicious!“

“Blair and John are so good at what they do, make you feel welcome and make delicious sandwiches for you! My family of 4 have been choosing this Subway in particular for this incredible service. Will not visit another one in town. Blair's attention to my family's preferences, knowing when my kiddo upgraded his stomach for the foot long. She knew. Our kiddos feel very confident ordering their sandwiches as these two are so patient! As a customer, they make you feel special, like they remember you and your preferences. Feels so rare these days! Restaurant is always so clean, freshly stocked and they always get your order correct. Our sandwiches always taste like they are made with care and we really appreciate you, Blair and John!“

“This location has always been poorly kept. I believe there’s new management, in the last couple months it’s been much cleaner, better service, less homeless people hanging around ( they’re still outside but not in front of the store or inside) employees are nicer and seem to actually care what they’re doing. There’s still one kid I don’t know his name for sure as he never wears a name tag but he’s Hispanic and always wears an older subway jersey style shirt with glasses and if he’s alone the music is some cussing gangster stuff he’s terribly rude to everyone I stood in the lobby for a min before he came from in back to help me an all he said was “what do you want” everyone else is newer or very polite. I eat subway on average 3 times a week it’s inexpensive, an healthier than the other options on my way home this is my new go to store.“

“Overall great experience every time I go in, very speedy customer service and my order is always delicious and correct, the staff are really nice and the building is always clean. I have been going weekly for a few months now and have always been treated well each time. Amanda and pepa are very sweet and are very good at their jobs, and with how many times I visit they have practically memorized my order. Out of all the subways I have been to in Fort Collins this is my favorite one.“

“I walked in and ordered from Phae. He is an awesome, polite, hard-working, experienced sandwich maker from New York. You should go in and say hi to him and leave him a good tip, he deserves it! He knew exactly what goes on the sanwiches we ordered and that is great for people who have a hard time with social interactions.“
