They've really made a cool, cute place here in Mancos. Awesome decor, quality liquor, really nice owners. Fun vibes. CLEAN. The food truck is AWESOME - try the chile relleno burrito! Saw a bad review about them being open too late and being "loud" - but they're the only place in town to get a late drink or food! Most everywhere else closes at 9pm and is sub par. This isn’t a bedroom community, people, and Mancos USED to have more of a nightlife (old Columbine, Millwood, etc)....read full review
The Food truck is awesome and stays open until after 9 pm vs anything else in town. The drinks are always great. I'm not a tequila drinker which is their specialty but they make a mean pina colada and the Sangria never disappoints.

Always friendly service, good vibes, and high quality drinks. El Rio Cantina is the only establishment open past 9 or 10pm and we appreciate them filling that much needed niche!
