The fact that there was a very noisy table detracted from the dining experience, but not from the cuisine and service. The care Jason takes in preparing his sauces shows he LIKES to cook and doesn't take shortcuts to coax the wonderful flavors from his ingredients. This was the only restaurant reservation we made before our two weeks in Colorado trip, and I'm so glad we I made it. We had a fantastic time at Olio. Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was so friendly, the place was very cute, and the food was AMAZING! Thank you Olio for a very memorable evening.
