Here is the note on their main page. "I have sold this business and I am retiring. The final night for Olio is Saturday, July 30 We no longer have any availability for reservations. Thank you for 10 wonderful years!"
Wonderful food and service. Amazing night
Tried to eat here but they refused to serve me, despite having numerous open tables.Edit on response to owners response - it was 30 minutes until closing and you had about 25 open seats. You can try to claim that you had reservations, but that is malarkey. You just didn't want to serve me. And that's one-star service.
Great food, atmosphere and service. Awesome place for any special occasion.
great food, atmosphere and service. awesome place for any special occasion. best fine dining in the 4 corners.
Hands down, the best restaurant in the southwest. Excellent service and personal interaction with the chef/owner. My new favorite place ever.
Incredible, every course was better than the one before, and the cheese board selection.... worth it all on its own!
This was the only restaurant reservation we made before our two weeks in Colorado trip, and I'm so glad we I made it. We had a fantastic time at Olio. Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was so friendly, the place was very cute, and the food was AMAZING! Thank you Olio for a very memorable evening.
We dined here 8 years ago and were so impressed we had to include another visit in this year’s trip itinerary. Everything we tried was fantastic again, with the coddled egg appetizer and bison filet special as standouts. And the chocolate silk pie - I have no words! What a luxury to enjoy a fantastic meal served by a charming hostess surrounded by lovely art. Not something we can afford to do often, but Olio will always be on our itinerary when we visit this area. Thank you again for another memorable meal!
The finest dining in the southwest, hands down. Incredible wine list, outstanding dishes and incredible attention to the details of the experience. Absolutely worth waiting for reservations, a definite winner for a special occasion!

This restaurant is a true delight in this small ranch town near Mesa Verde. Great menu and wine selection along with interesting art for sale. Be sure to reserve well in advance for this exceptional dining adventure!
Delicious! Worth the drive to Mancos!
A surprising find in a cute little town close to Mesa Verde. Need to reserve & only open Weds-Sat. Dinner only. In addition to the wonderfully creative food, you are eating in an art gallery.
Every aspect of dinner at Olio's was wonderful. The menu choices would appeal to everyone!! They have an amazing wine list.
The food is amazing! Chef Jason has just the right touch. There's something for everyone.
