This was the only restaurant reservation we made before our two weeks in Colorado trip, and I'm so glad we I made it. We had a fantastic time at Olio. Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was so friendly, the place was very cute, and the food was AMAZING! Thank you Olio for a very memorable evening.
We dined here 8 years ago and were so impressed we had to include another visit in this year’s trip itinerary. Everything we tried was fantastic again, with the coddled egg appetizer and bison filet special as standouts. And the chocolate silk pie - I have no words! What a luxury to enjoy a fantastic meal served by a charming hostess surrounded by lovely art. Not something we can afford to do often, but Olio will always be on our itinerary when we visit this area. Thank you...
