Great food, very nice service, really convenient location. I'm really glad we stopped here. Also, great chicken tenders.
Had an amazing smother green chili burrito with shredded beef... I am not a fan of cilantro and they were able to accommodate! The place is small and Family owned and love that .. will be back again if we come back to the Mesa Verde area,!
Delicious food made with high quality ingredients. My wife and I split the smothered burrito, and it was absolutely delicious. It's family owned by a very friendly and welcoming family, really great little restaurant.

Roosters is a small, family owned restaurant. The family that owns it is friendly and welcoming. The menu is simple and flavorful, and the food is delicious, made with high quality ingredients. Guests love the smothered burritos, which are sizable and huge. The smothered green chili burrito with shredded beef is amazing, and the staff can accommodate requests, like no cilantro. The tacos are amazing, and the burger and fries are great too. The California burrito is HUGE and worth every penny of $17. There are gluten-free options. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and great prices. It is a must to stop and eat here, and definitely worth the trip. Highly recommended.
