This is my go to Indian food place, staff are nice and the food and is great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We got the sag chickpeas made vegan, the aloo matar, and veg samosas. Everything was super good!
Me and my partner have been eating here for 2 years now and it is still the BEST restaurant I have ever been to, hands down. Our server Eso, is always so sweet and helpful and attentive, even during a busy night! We normally order the chicken Makhani but we've been making our way through the entire menu and we haven't found a bad dish yet! (very much also recommend the Lamb Curry and Tandoori Chicken). Thank you, Norbu's, for remaining the best restaurant in town!

We came back to Manitou Springs the day after we did Manitou Incline because I wanted to get a sticker from the base store. I AM SO GLAD WE CAME BACK because we ended up stopping at Norbu’s for lunch and it was hands down the best tikka masala I’ve ever had! We’re from Texas and my favorite tikka masala from back home is from a chain called Masala Wok. I had no idea it could be so much better, both mine and my partner’s minds were blown. The flavor profiles were so much more rich and the spice level (hot) was perfect. AND THE NAAN! All the naan I’ve had in the past was so chewy but this one perfectly balanced crispness with chewiness and just melted in your mouth. I am so so so sad we don’t live in Colorado otherwise I’d be going to Norbu’s weekly for sure!
We really enjoyed our food—good portions and great flavor!

Friendly, kind, attentive service. It was raining outside. Owner offered her personal umbrella. We Pulled back in front of the building to take return it back and she ran out in the rain so we wouldn't have to get out of the car or be soaked! Also Tasty food!

A great little place to relax and enjoy the quaint side of Colorado in the foothills of Pike's Peak. The owner came out and greeted us during our meal and ensured we were enjoying our experience. Worth stopping in!

My Husband and I stopped into Norbu’s while we were staying the night in the area, and wow this place is so special! The staff were all so friendly, and the food was so good! We ordered the Saag paneer (mild) with the garlic and cheese naan.
We highly recommend anyone visiting Manito to stop into Norbu’s for a bite to eat!

Got an order of their Hydrabadi chicken biryani to go just to try it. Very surprised at how delicious it was! Especially for a small town in Colorado. Will definitely go back if we go back Manitou!
Wonderful flavors and warm service. Great gem in Manitou.
Delicious food in a great spot in Manitou.
Highly recommend!!!!!
If you’re in town GO HERE! An impromptu trip led us here. We were going to pick a sports bar but passed by here and made the right choice to go here instead. So glad we did! Friendly staff, clean spot, great food. We had the chicken pakora which was a perfect starter. We split the chicken makhani mild and we should have gone higher in spice level, but the flavors were incredible. The staff was chatting with regulars and I loved hearing and seeing that kind of connection. You can tell they care about their restaurant and guests. If I was a local, this would be my new weekly spot.
We ordered chicken tika masala which was so much colorful. It remains in my finger tips and around nails.
