So many different versions of a burger and if you don't find exactly what you're looking for, you can build your own. The fries and onion rings are satisfying too. It is tiny and crowded so unless you're going to eat outside, you will have trouble manuevering a wheel chair. There is outdoor seating available and during the warmer months, it's a good option. Bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. In October, there was no wait, but during ski season be prepared to wait up to an hour. Giant TVs.

We had my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner at Boarder burger bar in manitou springs on Oct 4th 2025. Our waitress was very rude to us as soon as we were being seated. She advised us that we couldn’t have shooters on her cake and I was completely fine with that and we stored them. After that she was very pushy for us to get our drinks when our complete party hadn’t arrived. She wasn’t nice or helpful when we had questions about the menu and We felt rushed to order. The food was okay but not sure if they are worth $17 and up. My daughter thanked our waitress as we were leaving and she didn’t acknowledge us and just shook her head. We called a week in advance to ask if we can reserve a table for 15 and if we could take a cake. They said it was fine, but seemed to be an issue after all. The restrooms were out of service and we had to use an outdoor park area restroom. I hope our waitress has the day she deserves.

We came in hoping for a good experience. The host stand was empty, so we seated ourselves at the bar (which we usually prefer anyway). From the moment we sat down, though, we felt unwelcome. Charity, our bartender, seemed irritated by even the simplest requests (like asking for plates and silverware for our appetizer), and the eye rolls did not go unnoticed.
The real shame is that the food was phenomenal. The egg rolls were outstanding, and I would have happily come back again during my trip. But when the service makes you feel like a burden instead of a guest, it completely overshadows the kitchen’s talent. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We decided to eat here on a whim and we were not disappointed! Our waiter was great and the outside atmosphere was fantastic! Not a long wait for such amazing food! We got the beaded mushrooms, Canyon balls and a burger to split! I have never had a burger delivered to the table that looked EXACTLY like the picture in the menu! Delicious!

Came in town for the firefighter memorial in CO springs. Hiked manitou incline then came here for appetizers and drinks after the hike. Rick came over, greeted us, and explained the menu and history of the restaurant. The service was great and the food was even better! We will most definitely be back next year! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Overall had a great experience here! I was visiting from out of town on a solo trip, but ended up joining with a group of other travelers I met earlier in the day, making us a group of 8. There was a long wait, but they did what they could to get us in more quickly by splitting us up, and then moved our tables closer once another group had left. The food was excellent and we got our food reasonably quickly. There were so many different options as far as burgers went, feeling very unique and not like something I'd get at home. My only complaint is that it took quite a while (10-15+ minutes) to be able to pay my bill with card compared to the rest of the group, who had paid with cash. Otherwise this was great and I'd love to come back next time I am visiting the area!
Great place for a burger in Manitou Springs. We started with the Monte Cristo egg rolls - they were exceptional. Both of our burgers were too big for us to finish, but we did our best. I had the mushroom Swiss burger on a ciabatta bun. The mushrooms and cheese overwhelmed the hamburger patty - that's a good thing. My wife had the Colorodoan Hatch Green Chile Burger and was disappointed in only that she couldn't finish the burger. The flavors blended so well and overwhelmed the hamburger patty (like mine) - again, this is a good thing. Get the onion rings with the spicy aioli - you won't be disappointed.
We'll definitely be back when we're in Manitou Springs. Cool town!

Out of towners here and stopped in had lunch and we all ordered food large menu nice place service was great! Daughter order pretzels and one of my sons ordered grilled cheese! Both came out FAST, think wow that’s fast! Both items BURNT my daughter took 3 bites and was done my son that ordered grilled cheese ALSO BURNED did not attempt to even eat it! My other son ordered chicken and WOW those were amazing, also juicy! My gf, mother and I ordered burgers, for the price all the burgers were not up to par! Tuna burger came complete raw MAYBE set on each side and taken off the grill? I’ve had a bigger single burger at McDonald’s compared to the burger I got! Very small and I had more lettuce and onions then I had burger/bun! Over priced and over ratted! Was looking for a good lunch! Nothing to staff or whomever, just noted as if anyone wants to stop in for the first time! Try else where! UNLESS YOU LIKE KIDS CHICKEN BASKET THAT WAS THE BEST MEAL ORDERED OUT OF 6 ORDERS!
