Great service and people! Just recently changed ownership but they’re still owned and operated by locals which is nice. Always a staple when I’m in town and can highly recommend.
I ordered an absolutely delicious frontier split, which was the best ice cream i have ever had (granted I haven't been to an absurd amount of places) and was very pleased with the speed at which the dish was brought out. Their cookie dough was incredibly fresh and delicious, but not overly sweet, the banana was perfectly ripe, the fudge was warm, and the ice cream was incredibly well flavored. There was seating where we could relax, and i loved the tree providing shade next...
Came to Manitu Springs with a couple friends of mine and noticed this custard shop. Decided to get the Front Range Spilt and holy cow was it worth it. They serve you a perfect amount to keep you satisfied. And the flavor and effort they put into it is noticeable. Totally recommend!!
