Long live local theater! So cheesy, so camp, and so fun. From the moment you walk in the door you feel so much love and care from everyone involved in this local business.

Appalling Olio with actors playing three babys that say they want to get a gun and shoot each other.

Very bad taste. Ruined the night of our anniversary celebration.

What a gem of a theater! We both left pleasantly surprised and said it was our favorite date night in a long time. The food was excellent and they were able to accommodate a vegetarian with allergies. The show was hilarious and the talent incredible - singing, dancing, costumes, variety of the first and second acts. They have really thought of everything and we will definitely be back. Thanks to the whole crew!

What a fantastic jewel! We had such a lovely time here with dinner and a show. The ladies that welcome you to dinner are a hoot, they don't mind getting and giving a hard time to their customers, lots of fun. The dinner service is fast, efficient and friendly! Get the souvenir glass, it's worth it. Dinner is pot roast or chicken, you decide when you order your tickets. The cast is in character from the word go, they escort you to your chairs for the show. Bell Do Gooder (Lauren A Smith) is a sweet doll. The show is funny and the olio is even better. Loved our time here and some old timers said it's been this way for 50+ years. We will be back the next time we are in Manitou Springs.

Six of us went to Iron Springs for my friend’s birthday. We had a great dinner, and we were about to go upstairs to see the play, but then my friend got an emergency call and had to leave before the show. It was her birthday so we didn’t want to see the show without her so Dolores(one of the owners) was so sweet and caring and said that we could come back another night to watch the play. That was so thoughtful! The atmosphere was great. The staff were wonderful, and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Lots of fun. We had a very nice dinner. Very relaxing at the base of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountIns. Not crowed. Not noisy. Not over priced. Very friendly and engaged ownership. The show was a lot of fun. Great place for an ejoyable evening for a couple or a family. Cost is very reasonable. Old fashioned Vauldville-style entertainment that will make you smile and out you at ease.

Very nice place at all levels. The people are very friendly, authentic, and welcoming. The area is picturesque. It reminds me of some little towns in Europe and other old, historic places... the building is close to a creek, and the sound is very peaceful and inviting... the parking is not a problem and it is close to some natural attractions.

The show was entertaining, light-hearted spirit attitude, and inviting.... the actors and all the personnel are very talented and professional, and it takes great care that you are at ease and enjoying the show. It is evident that they like what they do and feel pride in it, and this satisfaction reflects in the atmosphere and your experience. Prices are very reasonable.

In these times of stress, pressure, and preocupation, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go have a good, sane, and positive experience in the Iron Springs Chateau. You would like it very much and at the same time you will be sponsoring a local business and the local economy. Enjoy the surroundings' natural attractions. It won't break the bank, and it will build a beautiful memory. It sounds like a nice plan to me.
