I wish the doors to the bathroom worked properly in the lady's room. My daughter didn't like the chili. The food was just ok. The mango salsa took us by surprise. I was expecting salsa with mango flavor, but we got more of a fruit cocktail, syrupy. I've never had under cooked jalapeño poppers, but we bbq ours in Oklahoma, so they're always done well. Our server was wonderful. She took the chili dogs off our ticket. I really wasn't expecting it. Thanks, Lady, whoever you are.

The food fell a bit short of expectations. The chicken was rubbery, but the flavor was good. The water tasted horrible and was not drinkable. The Italian salad dressing was delicious.
Be warned happy hour is listed as draft beers, but the cider which is listed under draft beers IS NOT INCLUDED!
Watch your bill, we did not get happy hour pricing for anything listed as happy hour and they would only correct the appetizer.
Service was quick.
The bathroom floor’s were sticky and very small.
The benches in the back are super uncomfortable.

Heard and saw how yum the Berry Salad was, but upon going there, ordering it, def not. Food felt the opposite of homemade (though won't say they claim homemade). Just felt like canned, reheated foods. (Buffalo chili) Glad we tried it, but wouldn't go back. Add onto that, had tummy/potty issues within 30mins of eating. That's never a good sign!! 🥺
(Ps: when did a simple soda become $4? Prices of food out, is killer nowadays)

This is a little (what I would call) "dive bar" that's been around for a MINUTE! I can personally track it back to 2000 & based on it's location, I'm certain it has a LONG history prior to then. The staff are down to earth, friendly & welcoming! We shared cheesebread & swapped stories with the bartender. Seems like one of THE bars to hit in Manitou, right on the main drag!

Wonderful place! We had 2 vegetarians and 2 non vegetarians, and the menu suited us all. The food was very good! Highly recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. We found fidget toys, spin things and a pool table that kept our 2 teenagers "Not bored," which is always a plus.
Talking about the perfect place, this is a must go to. The server was fun, great sense of humor and food was great. Everything was almost perfect except for the bathroom but definitely a 10+

We went to The Keg in Manitou. Service and Atmosphere, Great. The Mile Hi Prime Rib Sandwick was super rubbery, thick and seemed very old...microwaved even. Like eating a rubber mat. Wish I would have taken a picture. My teenager boy even rejected it..so it was not edible. Everything else was nice. Service, atmosphere are both great. We will try again when they can get it figured out. :-) Manitou is lovely, people are beyond nice.

I was traveling alone and stayed in Manitou. Someone recommended The Keg as a chill place I could go sit at the bar and get a beer & a bite. I ended up going three times during my 3 night stay. Very friendly staff behind the bar and literally the best salad I have ever had. It has strawberries & walnuts with the most deliciously seasoned salmon on it. It’s been 2 years since I visited but still tell people about this salad! The locals were also very friendly, it’s a great restaurant. I don’t know the next time I’ll get to go back, but I can’t wait!!
