Went on a Tuesday in November at 2 pm. We had just taken the Cog Railway and wanted a late lunch. We were the only patrons inside for a majority of our visit. We had our two young kids with us. Positive - there is a kid's menu and it is a decent size portion. Con - The kid's grilled cheese is on a hoagie and my kids weren't thrilled (the server did tell us this ahead of time). We tried the cauliflower and it was clearly frozen prior and still cold in the middle. Buffalo flavor was good. My husband and I each got a flatbread. He got the Italian-like, he said it was good. I got the bacon apple. It wasn't terrible but not something I would get again or recommend. The bacon was obviously bacon bits, the cheese was bland, the scallions on top weren't fresh but dried herbs. The flatbread bread was clearly store bought and truly unimpressive. Server was nice and attentive. Tables were quite sticky. However, sorry to say - I wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant.

Pretty crowded and one person to take care of us all.

Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. We could see 2 employees as well as the bartender, but No One even said hello. 4 or 5 tables available, one table un-bussed, a customer waiting at their table for order to be taken, another gal and her kids waiting for the bill. Finally walked out but stayed near the door to see if any response from staff. Nothing. Nada. Bye!

Wonderful atmosphere, amazing staff! We put the pressure on their team with a very large party, but they handled it like champs, and consistently kept thier cool, and maintained excellent customer service.

The atmosphere was great, but the only flaw were the veggies inside my pot pie. They were not cooked through and were a bit tough.

Well let me tell you, from the salad and burgar to the cheese cake. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious l. I will 100% be back with all my visitors from out of State. The food is definitely a 15 out of 10 easily. Don't sleep on this place!

The food is ok, but nothing to write home about. I had the chicken pot pie and there was very little chicken. Beer on tap and a br, but no seats at the bar.

First time at Swirl. Manager Angel was excellent. Listened to my friends likes and made her a wonderful drink. The umbrellas upside down on the ceiling was my friends favorite part. Very whimsical.
