First time to Colorado, visit the area to walk the town and do the Cog Train ride and we stop here for lunch. The staff was nice and my waitress was awesome. I would come again and recommend

Every new experience begins as becoming a walk-in. If you don't call places if they're open, the area is still full of potential adventure and possibility. Townhouse offers the benefits of comfort, local pub environment and staff to accommodate the environment. No visit at Townhouse is complete without trying some of their local draft beers or even a mixed drink with a side of good food that arrives in a timely manner. Of course bring the family. There are enough tables and chairs to accommodate large groups. Evenings can be met with live music up to just playing music on the jukebox. Prices vary from a $8 beer to $13 for a basket of chicken strips and seasoned fries.

When I walked into the resturant with my friends, I was blown away by the classic "sports bar" atmosphere that welcomed us. We got a very clean table with no food crumbs or the such. When I looked at the menu, I was blown away by the relatively simple and uncomplicated layout that was easy to understand. The menu was filled with traditional american food such as wings, burgers, and sandwiches, and also mexican dishes like burritos. The waitress was quite gratutious towards our party, handing out the food in an olympic like pace. The food was very tasty; I got the burger with bleu cheese and it was possibly the greatest burger I have ever eaten. My friends also liked the food, describing it as "gas". Overall, this resturant is a must go to anybody in the area and my experience here will be a long lasting memory.

We stopped in here for a quick bite the food was fair and you get a lot for what you pay. The service was ok, it felt like our server might be having a bad day and was fairly annoyed at us. Their mood improved the longer we were.You really do get a lot of food for fair prices.

The Townhouse Sports Grill was a fantastic place to have a delicious “elevated” burger after making it all the way up the Manitou incline, and then hiking down the adjacent mountain.I had the Swiss M Shroom Burger which was delicious, and Katherine had a non-dressed up standard burger with no cheese and lettuce, tomato, and onions.We both enjoyed the fries also.I believe we split a Patron Margarita also.Townhouse is a very festive place to casually eat and drink with friends and family.I’m finally getting to review this restaurant since we were there for the first time on 7/9/2022.

Stopped by this place and got some drinks and food . Great folks there food was fine drinks were fine and a nice on the inside as well . Our waitress was super helpful and got us everything we needed . Def comes highly recommended when your in the Manitou town square area for sure . See you all next time.
