Im on vacation from texas and I’ve tried many different Mexican restaurants. Me and my family were just cruising around looking for a place to eat. They had the best chips and salsa and enchiladas ive ever had the beans reminded me of my grandpa’s and the rice was great. I highly recommend stopping by you won’t regret it if you love Mexican food. I will definitely be eating here again next time I visit.

I really don’t understand why the service is so awful here. The food is always great but the servers couldn’t care less about the customers. We come a few times a month and it takes forever to get a server to the table. Tonight there were 4 tables here and two servers. We waited about 10 minutes to even talk to a server. We got our chips, salsa, and cheese before we could even get water.
It is so frustrating to have a restaurant whose food I like so much have such terrible service. I’ve been here probably 15 times in the past 5 months and I’ve literally never had good service, not even at the bar! Cmon guys do better.

Food is great but they forgot my tortillas in my to go order right after they asked if I wanted corn or flour tortillas, a bowl of menudo is almost $22 daaaamn!!!! And no tortillas smh. I MISS THE TURNTABLE.

Great prices on Mexican food. It is good and cheap for a sit down place. Margaritas are a little pricier, but not terrible. It is a very typical Mexican restaurant you can find almost anywhere in the country so didn't stand out to get 5 stars. However I would eat here again for the price.

We've been here twice now when traveling to the Vail area and we loved the meals. Both times we had issues with what actually ended up on the check. They bring the check out and then stand behind you while you pay which makes it awkward to review the check and decide on a tip amount.
When we went last weekend we realized after we had already left that they charged our party about $40 more than we actually ordered, the check was completely wrong (only got about half of our 10 orders on the check correct), and the amount they charged didn't even match the check!
It wasn't busy when we went on Saturday evening, which was really nice, except that we still got poor service. Drinks were almost always empty and we felt like we are constantly looking for our server for some simple help. Took a really long time to get our order in, and then to get our food. Tough on our 6 young, hungry boys.
If you go, review your check carefully. And keep in mind that they charge for things like chip refills, and probably drink refills too (that's the only explanation we have for them charging us for 6 drinks when we only ordered 4). ?♂️

Beware they don't appear to update their opening hours on Google Maps. We drove from Vail for pizza because it said it was open until 10pm on Fridays, but when we got there in the rain at 9:10pm it was closed and a couple of owners were inside with the lights dimmed and were looking out the window when we arrived but didn't come to the door to greet us. I've updated the opening hours with a guess that they're only open until 9pm on Fridays. They might also only be item until 9pm on Saturdays but I don't have evidence as they didn't publish their opening hours on the front door.

We had a great meal with our family here. Friendly service, reasonable prices, delicious food! Big portions, too. Such a nice change from the crazy expensive restaurants in Vail village. Great, bold flavors and tons of options and variety. We will return!
