Sunrise Minturn is a very cozy little restaurant. When you picture a small mountain diner, you will see Sunrise. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious.

I've noticed a decline in the quality of food over the past year and a half. I used to love the vegan grilled cheese there but the last few times I've ordered it, it hasn't been made well. Today, they pulled it off the grill way too soon, or didn't grill it at all. The bread was not toasted and the inside is filled with cold chunks of cream cheese. This has happened to me several times this year, so I'm mentioning it now. This is unacceptable for $12 a sandwich.

Variety of options and substitutions, also just purely vegan items (like all the smoothies) which makes my lil vegan heart happy. Great spot. Updated from previous review on 2024-09-05
The food's pretty great. Cashier has an attitude and orders are slow (30 mins for a sandwich), but still a decent place for a relaxed breakfast or lunch.

Worst customer service ever. Overpriced food that’s blah at least the area is nice but the people and food here are awful!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
