AMAZING RESTAURANT! Best Thai food ever. The owner is so sweet too
The chef told me that the red Curry and others are not vegan. Fish sauce and shrimp paste can’t be removed. Had the green curry. It was decent. Good service. Great vibe.
Great food, Authentic Thai Food if you want it spicy tell them to make spicy like real Thai food, really enjoyed the food

We always make a point to try Thai food when we can find it. We stopped by here earlier in the week after a hike but they weren't open yet. We had heard good things about Thai Kitchen from folks in Vail. For our last hike of the week we went just outside Leadville and purposefully came back through Minturn to stop here for dinner. We were NOT disappointed! We a great way to end our day and week here. We ordered the Fresh Summer Rolls Tofu for an app. Our daughter said the peanut sauce was better than anything she's had in San Fran. All of our meals were excellent. This place is less than 10 mins from Vail. If you're in Vail, you need to hop in the car and head here for dinner. Great food at a great price!

Thai food is usually very easy for vegans, but Thai Kitchen has limited their vegan options to just 2 appetizers and 4 entrees when I was here - they won't or can't remove the fish sauce in anything else. The peanut sauce was not my fav, I like it stronger, but that's just personal preference! Pricey for regular portions.
Fake Thai food! Overpriced! I ordered chicken green curry and asked for some prik nam pla ( 1oz of fish sauce with afew sliced chiles. They gave me pilcked chiles. Completely ruined the flavor of the curry. $27!! no thai vegetables except forthe bamboo shoots. Terrible!

Everything was great! We had a big party, and filled the place up. It was hot and the AC units were struggling to keep up, but the food overpowered any lack of AC keeping up. It was really tasty! I had the chicken drunken noodles and my wife had the chicken pad Thai. I normally do shrimp, but they don’t do substitutions. I was skeptical, but went for it and it was awesome! My medium was pretty spicy as I was sweating, but it was good!

They had some wonderful vegan options and could make many dishes vegan. Our dishes had so much flavor as well! Will definitely return next time we are stuck in I70 traffic! Updated from previous review on 2024-07-29
I LOVE this Thai spot. It's seriously some of the best Thai food I've ever had. I'm not sure what they do differently here; the food is delicious, they seem to use super fresh, simple ingredients. My favorite is the mango salad and the Chicken Koa Soy curry. Definitely worth stopping for dinner in Minturn!

Tip: they don’t take reservations. Order online and then when you arrive, ask to be seated or add your name to the waiting list on the iPad at the entrance. If your get seated before the food is ready, you can ask them to just have it there
Wonderful hole in the wall restaurant and small business 20 min from Vail town center with delicious Thai food. Their mango sticky rice had sweet coconut cream on top of the rice and the mango was actually ripe.
Most things with meat can be substituted with tofu
