Patty is the secret sauce to this Thai spot. The service food and energy in here is contagious and makes you come back. We don’t live in Colorado, but every time we stop by, we MAKE SURE to stop here.

Delicious food! Beef noodles are absolutely fire. Best Asian food we’ve had in the valley. The sesame chicken is also delicious. The owner is super sweet. Only warning is when you order medium spice, it comes out hot. They have homemade chili oil and all the tables so I would going lighter on the spice and adding your own. Also expect to spend a penny or two every main dish is over $20.

This place was just okay, my husband and i were looking forward to going here as one of the few veg/vegan friendly places in the area and generally love Thai food as a whole and make it at home often.
Took awhile to get a table ready to eat in the restaurant. For what we received, it definitely felt over priced. We both ordered dishes made vegan (no shrimp paste, fish sauce, and used tofu). For my dish especially with it not being a curry or using lots of unique spices or coconut milk (the drunken noodles), i dont understand where the pricing comes from. Mine was basically noodles soy sauce chili paste with tofu and some veggies. Vegan fish sauce does exist and there are other ways to add that umami flavor without this ingredients, but there were no substitutes made so both our dishes lacked flavor. If you are going to advertise you can do vegan dishes- that should not compromise the dish. Vegan food does not compromise taste or flavor its just made with different ingredients.
Additionally- the veggies in my dish were not fully cooked as if it was rushed (im not paying such a crazy price for rushed food.) Broccoli was still crispy and not fully fried or steamed. I love broccoli, but its a very high sulfur vegetable, so when consumed raw or under cooked, it greatly affects my stomach. Veggies will cook more after being prepared when in a curry sauce- but since i didnt have a curry sauce, they needed more cook time. I needed to use a heating pad that night to deal with the discomfort. There was a lot of broccoli but not very much as far as other veggies go from a veg to noodle ratio perspective. Not something ive experienced at other Thai restaurants.
Additionally, the spring rolls were delicious, but they were literally the size of my thumb and $2 a piece. The entree should not have been $23 based on what i received, or the dining atmosphere provided. It was both the most expensive and least satisfying drunken noodle dish ive tried at any Thai restaurant. This was additionally annoying because it seems they are currently making website and pricing updates, and the prices were much lower (more on par with other Thai spots) when I saw what must have been the “old” menu the week before we visited. I understand this is a remote town. And i understand real estate in Minturn is experiencing major issues thanks to people in surrounding areas like Vail and Aspen. But a price jump of ~30% compared to other Thai spots is crazy.
Neither of us were very pleased and dont think we would return on our next visit to Minturn. The staff was nice, but part of the point of eating out is to get something better than what you could make at home. And in this case that wasn't true unfortunately. However i do cook eastern asian dishes regularly, including vegan khao soi as well as thai green and red curries, which I understand is not the norm for most people, but even still, the prices were not justified. I expected more based on all the good reviews, maybe people just dont have a ton of thai food experience, im not really sure.

The food was some of the best Thai food we’ve had in the US. Everything we ate was perfect. Prices are a bit high but understandably so as they clearly use ingredients that need to be imported
Service atmosphere and clear instructions on how to get a table could be vastly improved as we were quite confused when trying to get a table.

If you are looking for an authentic Thai experience then look no further. The food is good, not exceptional, but flavorful. The atmosphere reminded me of visits to Bangkok or Vietnam. Crowded and loud. Almost a shouting match to order. Shoulder to shoulder with your table mates or the table / chair next to you. Walk in only. As I said. A bit of Thailand in the middle of Colorado.

I arrives at approximately 8:00pm on a Sunday March 9, 2025. This was a friendly, family-owned place that was cozy and inviting. Although it was busy, we were seated very quickly.
I had the beef pad see-ew, and it was outstanding—definitely one of the best I have ever had. The only change I would suggest is to reduce the salt a bit, but the dish itself was great. The service was also great. Even when the restaurant was packed, our server was friendly, attentive, and efficient.
Overall, the ambiance was charming, and the service was just amazing. I wish that I could be here more often, but since I am here on vacation, I will have to appreciate the experience while I am here. Truly a hidden gem!
