I just moved to the area this past month and took over a local store as GM. I celebrate my staff monthly. I was in a bind and needed a party tray quickly. I came in and spoke with Lisa and she made sure I had what I needed for my staff celebration. She was very kind, courteous and her customer service was on point! That girl needs a raise!!! I have to edit this after getting my last sandwich there. I ordered through the mobile app, and paid for 50% extra meat on my sandwich. once I got home, it looked like they only put 50% meat on. for a steak sandwich, it was horrible. unfortunately I was too far away to return it and get it fixed.

I'm not a fan of Subway but we don't have many options on our town. There are two Hispanic men that work nights who are very friendly and they always get our order exactly as ordered. BUT I refuse to go during the day because the manager is RUDE. I cannot believe she still has a job there and she is allowed to treat people this way. So we just don't go during the day.... EVER!

Usually always fresh because they have a pretty busy shop unlike the one in montevista.
Vegetarian options: Vegetables are always fresh
Parking: The lot is usually full because it's also a alta gas station, but usually I can always find a spot within a few minutes.
