“Im so glad that this building is open again and that its a coffee shop/bakery/restaurant! They have the most decadent selection of breads and pastries. I had to buy the sourdough! I was surprised by the selection of food and toasts that they had. It’s clearly a local fave because there was no indoor seating. They have a decent sized area to sit outside as well and they’re pet friendly which is a huge plus! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Definitely check them out on your way to the San Juan’s! “Discovered this little jem of a Panaderia/Pasteleria tucked away just off of East Main Street (on the north side, west of Jimmers ) while riding my bike. Excellent pastries, and lots of unique, and often homemade, grocery items you won't find in a big box store. The ladies are always friendly to me, and I really appreciate this panederia!“

“We went to CMC Bakery to get two sheet cakes for our 70+ guest wedding and our guests could not get enough of the cake! We ordered a carrot cake with a cream cheese topping and a red velvet cake with iced frosting. Both were heaven in our mouths. Crysta and Chaynne were pleasant to work with and punctual when meeting us for the pick up.“
