“We got a variety of pizzas for our team at Alpine Bank and everyone enjoyed them. The staff at Buckaroos Slices and Scoops are very friendly as well! We all would highly recommend!“

“Papa Murphy's always makes a delicious pizza pie. They load on the fresh, high-quality toppings. Their crust (especially the pan, although we also like the thin and regular crusts) is buttery and crispy... So good! Their service is fast, courteous, and friendly. Be advised if you are ordering on a Tuesday ($10 pizza day) to order early as they get crazy busy and your pizza may not be done on time.
Pro tip - download the app, order, pay, then just walk in and take your pizzas out the door. Happy pizza night!

“Somewhat surprisingly, the hospital has some of the best food in town. Maybe the best.

And the prices can't be beat. Loaded omelet with large OJ set me back a whopping $8.20! In June of 2025, not 1912!

Only problem is after ordering and paying, the cashier eventually brings you the food. But if they're busy, it can get cold while you're waiting.

If busy, best to keep an eye out for progress, maybe grab it yourself.

Food is great, workers friendly and helpful. Atmosphere? Well, it is a hospital.

They change the menu offerings occasionally. Bummer - they took my favorite off the menu: a dry-rub salmon that was the best I've ever had. (I will go there to eat, even if don't need to go to the hospital!)“

If you need something special, like extra food for a birthday or something, let her know in advance, she's very busy, but if you have them make your food, you won't regret it. “Shame on Montrose Regional Health and CEO Jeff Mengenhausen for asking staff to be scabs for Telluride Ski Resort. We should be supporting ski patrol who keep the mountain safe and are demanding better wages and conditions. Asking MRH staff to take on this job is reckless and places both them and Telluride guests at risk. Shameful! MRH is no longer a community-minded organization when it pits friends and neighbors against each other. Mengenhausen doesn't have to worry about low wages and benefits, as a wealthy CEO. Perhaps, if he did, he would sing a different tune.“

“The store was dirty and only one girl was working. She was so busy, I don't know why they can't get help. She was very nice and apologized, but that was not fair for her. Having to make pizzas, take orders, pull pizzas, and run the register. The owner walked by with a full lobby area and walked straight to the back.“
