I am very disappointed with coffee trader, the customer service is so very poor that even my 8 year old son noticed. I was having an extremely awful day so I decided to get coffee for my 2 boys and I, we ordered 3 mocha mountains,we drove up to the window and paid, after I paid I saw 3 hot drinks sitting on the counter, I asked if the hot drinks were ours and the girl said yes, I apologized and said we would like it blended.
