The food is delicious, but I'm a little concerned about food safety. I noticed the employees weren't wearing gloves while handling the food, and I'd feel much more comfortable knowing they did, especially given potential cross-contamination from handling money. Restaurants like Chipotle and Qdoba have this practice, so it seems feasible.
We are still looking for our "go to" Mexican place in the Tri Lakes area. We'll go back for take out, but it's not a full service dining restaurant. I had chili rellenos, which is my test for authentic Mexican. Done right, they are slightly crunchy, and have a great chili flavor, lots of cheese and some sort of sauce. These were not cooked quite long enough, so were pretty hard, but had plenty of cheese and a good flavor. The accompanying rice and beans...

Went for lunch. Had time to eat and chat. Food was served quickly.
Cashier was polite, but didn't make a big impression either way.
Cleanliness of dining area. Good enough for fast food, but not really good.
