“GREAT price for the amount of ice cream you get -- salted caramel Oreo flavor was phenomenal -- one of the best flavors of ice cream I've had in a while honestly! The waffle cones were good, and the service from the staff member there was great. Good place to head over to on your way to or from the Red Rock Amphitheater!“

“I just had an unforgettable meal at The Smiling Moose, and I’m pretty sure I’ve found my new food soulmate. The sandwiches were so good, I almost proposed to mine. The bread? It was like it had its own fan club—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and probably made by magical bread wizards. And those cookies? I could’ve eaten a whole batch, but I didn’t, because I’m not a monster... just someone with incredible self-control. In short: The Smiling Moose serves up a flavor-packed experience that’ll make you smile like a moose (but, you know, with better teeth). Highly recommend!“

“Hiked up to the Genesee Mountain and smelled this BBQ on my way up. Upon my return down the Genesee Mountain Trail we made our way to the restaurant. We were greated by a very friendly staff as well as the owner. Fantastic service. More importantly, THE FOOD! I started with the pork green chili. Fantastic. I then ordered baby back ribs that were the best I've had west of Kansas City. Sides I tried between me and my partner were all fantastic as well: mac and cheese, green beans, baked potato, and cole slaw. All amazing flavor and portions. My partner is vegetarian and we were very surprised by their options. She had the fried cod sandwich, but they also have a plant based burger, a BBQ jackfruit sandwich, and several salads and sides to chose from. I couldn't eat everything they had to offer (pulled pork, brisket, smoked sausage, turkey, baked beans, classic American BBQ options) but I did leave with a 1/4 chicken to take back to camp (Chief Hosa, highly recommend). Best idea I had all day because it was perfect after the short hike back to base. The pricing was amazing as well. For the quality and portion size it was perfect. Overall, I'd give this BBQ spot a 9.5/10 and that's only because I didn't have enough room to try all their BBQ options. But I will be back on my next Colorado trip to update!“

A clear multitasker, serving and behind the bar. I’d come back just for her level of service but the food is not to be ignored either. Definitely became one of my favorite brunch spots in the area, easily. Food came out fast, hot, and delicious. I sat in a seat for way too long and wasn’t bothered or pushed out. “Found this place due to not being able to access another place. It was everything that I love in a locally owned and operated coffee shop. Great menu that is simple with a twist from the normal. Music not overpowering making it easy for me to work. Great view and ambiance. Excellent Service and personable people that treat you well even if they don't know you. I highly suggest them if you are in the area. A true gem to remember for any future trips through the area.“

“Went here for a team lunch last week, and was so surprised at how good their veggie broth was. It was so flavorful! My whole team enjoyed their food too. Service was great too, will be back again for sure. Oh, and get their side salad too, it was so good!“

“I have driven by this place more times than I can count since this place has been in business, and I just never stopped to try it. The fact that it's taken me this long to try their cookies is probably a good thing, because now that I've had their cookies... I may be obsessed.
I've ordered this place twice now, through delivery, and have been satisfied both times.
The double chocolate cookie is really good, and the chocolate chip with a brownie inside and walnuts on top.. Soooo yummy.
They also had a delicious pineapple cookie the first time I ordered, but the second time around (about 2 weeks later lol) it wasn't on the menu.

“Delicious beers served by a friendly, easygoing beertender. I highly recommend checking out the chile beers when they're available. I had the chili-vanili a few months ago. It was slightly sweet, dark, rich, and vanilla-y, with enough spicy to make a former New Mexico resident happy.

“Little India in Belmar was our favorite Indian restaurant when we lived in Lakewood, and it still is now that we moved up north. The whole family of five loves it. The food is exceptional, the service perfect. Whatever we have ordered, it tasted heavenly. We have never been disappointed by anything over the years. I forgot taking a photo before much was eaten - the formidable food set other priorities.
If somebody expects that the waiter asks every three minutes if everything is alright, he or she might be disappointed. At out last visit, it happened only once, I think. This was very enjoyable as the constant intrusions during our meal we would find annoying. Service was there when we needed it.“

“First time eating at Nicolo’s. I always thought It was just pizza pick up place but today we had ravioli filled with (shredded prime rib and carrots) and a beautiful vegetable lasagna. “ambiance was cute and cozy, vibes were bustly, and staff were friendly. Gift shop was cute and fun to browse as well. My main gripe was with the Vietnamese coffee — maybe they used Vietnamese roasted beans? But overall it tasted like a regular latte more than anything. Very thin, not really getting the robusta I usually taste, and had a distinct taste of milk instead of condensed milk. My partner got a savory pastry that was supposed to be heated up but was pretty cool in the middle. Taste of the breakfast pastry was great though! Was told the price of the breakfast burrito increased because of the price of egg and so was expecting a very eggy breakfast burrito, but it was much much more potato than anything. Overall, happy to support a local coffee shop and wish them the best!“
