Old school Morrison place, runs like the "original owner" of the El Mercado would run an ice cream place. Opened at 12:30 the day I was there. Great portions for the $, great quality.Order at the window.

Phenomenal service! We were craving hand scooped ice cream after our dinner this evening and saw Ozzi's had it. When we arrived the owner was standing outside and told us he had closed at 6pm... it was 6:45pm. We turned to walk toward another ice cream place and as we were doing so he said he would reopen for us! It was so thoughtful! We loved our ice cream (a large amount) served in a waffle cone! Made our night! Thanks Ozzi!

W ICECREAM W SERVICE, the guy working here was so nice and friendly. he gave my son a free cone after his broke. the pics below are SINGLE SCOOPS - $5. an absolute gem. wld recommend
