“We had been to Telluride 5 times, always staying at the Inn at Lost Creek (where Siam Talay is located) before we tried this spot. I am a child when it comes to food, so Thai food is not something I would voluntarily try.... OK LESSON LEARNED!!! Get the app Siam Platter & the Drunken Noodles!!!! I'm obsessed.
