Buying a home in Telluride has been a long term dream for me and my husband, and thanks to Anna, it became a reality that far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Anna impressed us with her local knowledge, advocacy, patience, and proactive communication.
As a Telluride resident and real estate agent for years, Anna's understanding of the market and the nuances of different areas was invaluable. She helped us narrow down our search to the perfect location that fit our goals and budget.
The Telluride market can be competitive, and Anna was our determined advocate throughout the entire process. She expertly navigated negotiations, ensuring we got the best possible deal on our dream home.
Anna's calm demeanor and genuine patience put us at ease. She took the time to answer all our questions, no matter how big or small, making us feel truly supported.
Anna kept us informed every step of the way. She anticipated our needs and proactively addressed any concerns we had, ensuring a smooth and stress-free closing.
More than just a realtor, Anna became a trusted advisor and friend. We can't recommend her highly enough! If you're looking to buy a home in Telluride, look no further than Anna Wilson. She will make your dream a reality!
Thanks Anna!
I cannot recommend Anna highly enough! From the moment my fiancé and I started our home-buying journey in Ridgway, she was there every step of the way. Anna's communication was outstanding; she kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
We faced several obstacles during the inspection and prior to closing, but Anna handled everything with expertise and a calm demeanor. She provided valuable advice and solutions, ensuring we felt supported and confident in our decisions. Her dedication and unwavering support made all the difference. Anna truly had our backs, and we are incredibly grateful for her exceptional service. Anna helped us secure our dream mountain home on a golf course! If you're looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, Anna is the one!
I could not say enough about Anna's professionalism, engagement with our property, and ability to deliver. Her savy negotiating & contract know-how was impressive, and she made an already great offer even better thru her detail oriented mindset and deep knowledge of the nuances & possibilities within the contract process. We would recommend her highly if selling or purchasing a home!
Anna Wilson went above and beyond to help my clients in their home purchase. She is not only an expert in her field, but her generosity throughout the transaction was remarkable. Anna truly made it happen for these Telluride locals! Looking forward to working together again, Thanks Anna!
Anna assisted my wife and I in fulfilling our dream of owning our very own Telluride home. We have lived and worked in the area for a decade and were starting to feel like our opportunity would never present itself. Anna worked with us closely and found us properties to view before they were ever listed. When we found our dream home, Anna helped us submit an offer and secure a contract in a very short period of time. She advocated for us through the entire offer and closing process with expediency and detail. I can't give enough positive feedback about Anna's ability and professionalism. Thank you, Anna, for making our dream come true!
We had the pleasure of working with Anna on a recent purchase. Our family loves Colorado and after years of talking about a second home, we decided to get serious this summer. We had narrowed in on a few locations and decided to reach out to local real estate agents in those areas. Some agents were recommended by friends and others we researched through various reviews. Fortunately, we reached out to Anna for our Telluride search. Anna was very responsive to our initial email questions and offered to sit down with us when we were in Telluride over the July 4th holiday. Her knowledge of the local market stood out during both our email exchange and face-to-face meeting. We ended up falling in love with Telluride and decided this was the location we wanted to settle on and we felt confident that Anna was the agent to help us.
Over the next month we worked together to identify opportunities. Anna was extremely helpful in determining appropriate values for properties. She was open with her opinions, which we found very helpful. We put an offer on a property and had some exchanges with the seller but ended up getting outbid. Anna didn't get frustrated, nor did she get pushy trying to get us to be more aggressive. She had a strong conviction on what the value was and was consistent with her communication that we'd find something else. Within a week, a property was listed that met our criteria. We were back in Texas and relied on Anna to preview the property and give her assessment. We felt confident with her assessment and ended up making an offer. Our offer was built on Anna's market assessment of the property. We wanted to buy but we also didn't want to make a bad investment. Obviously, Anna had an interest to see us enter into a transaction but at no time was she trying to push us or pressure into doing something. Her advice throughout the negotiation process was helpful and we ended up coming to terms with the buyer.
Over the next month we went through our due diligence on the property. If you haven't gone through a mountain property purchase, you should be aware that it's not always a simple and straightforward process. Ours was further complicated because we were out of state. We had a lot of things to review and complete due diligence on. Anna was very responsive to emails and texts through the entire process. She helped educate us throughout and had a great rolodex of local experts when we needed additional insight. We ended up closing on the property and couldn't have been happier with the effort, professionalism, and level of communication we received throughout. Not only did she help us before and during the closing process, but she has also continued to help us after the transaction closed.
If you're considering a real estate transaction in the Telluride area, I have no doubt you will have a great experience if your work with Anna. She's extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about you as a client.
Anna is the best! The Telluride housing market is notoriously tough, and the inventory available for working, full-time residents is even more slim. Anna helped us to find a house (before it even hit the market), and helped us to get in an offer & also our paperwork to apply for a deed-restricted unit with remarkable speed. Anna helped us to stay on track with deadlines and went to bat for us when we faced difficulties. Anna is thoughtful, well-informed about the current market and caring; I appreciate Anna's dedication to helping locals like ourselves find homes.
Anna was fantastic to work with when we sold our condo in Mountain Village. She is professional, prompt, and kind, and handles real estate with ease. We would absolutely work with Anna again!!
Anna was a dream to work with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. She was very proactive and full of creative ideas about how to market and show our property at its highest potential. We highly recommend Anna and we would work with her again in a heartbeat. We could not have been more pleased with her performance.

For a hotel coffee shop it’s very good. Service was quick, my Americanos were good. I wish they did pour overs, but beggars can’t be choosers.

We had an excellent time at The Peaks. It was our first stay in Telluride and we came for a week with 12 family members. The rooms were big, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were terrific. Some reviews from this summer mention no AC but our room had an external AC unit that made the temp perfect (and provided a white noise sound that we enjoyed) We had excellent meals at the hotel, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Shoutouts: Eric from the restaurant waited on our table twice and was fantastic. He was patient with our table of kids and really thoughtful about helping navigate through some allergies. Roza P from the reception desk was gracious, helpful, and friendly—we loved chatting with her as she showed us around the hotel. Can’t wait to come back soon!
Really enjoyed our recent stay at the peaks resort and spa! The room was great with beautiful views and the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to hiking and very easy to get to telluride via the free gondola.
We had an amazing stay at The Peaks. Our room was incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The views are incredible from every location on the property, and we loved the pool and hot tubs. It was a perfect location for being able to access everything that Mountain Village and Telluride have to offer!
Last month we stayed at the Peaks Resort & Spa for a 2-night summer weekend stay, and while the view from our room was spectacular, we were left very disappointed by the room and staff. First, the room had no air conditioning except for a ceiling fan set at high, thus blowing hot air around, (note: low humidity air does not cool when you blow it), which brings me to the second problem: having to keep the Arcadia door open all night. That Friday night, a loud, drunken party 2 rooms away on the balcony and in their room, starting at 11:30 PM ran until 3:30 AM. I called the front desk and complained at midnight to hotel staff (which turned out to be a single half-asleep young woman at the lobby desk but she said is nothing she could do about it. When I mentioned hotel security, she said that hotel security doesn't work on weekends. Really? Isn't that when the problems happen? At 1:30AM, I went down to the desk and confronted her directly, at which time she informed me that there had been multiple complaints and that this group had been a problem all week, but she still could not do anything about it, except offer me ear plugs or move us to a less desirable room facing the mountain. I told her she should move them. At 3:30 AM, party still going strong, my wife went out on the balcony and got the attention of the woman who was hosting the party and politely told her that there had been many complaints and asked her to shut it down. She yelled at my wife, telling her that she should not have to shut down her party and told her to mind her own business at which point her guests all left. The next morning, multiple complaints were filed with the manager and, she said she would make sure it would not happen again. Frankly, she should have comped all the rooms for those who complained. Room service was quick but inaccurate with missing items.
