As a former NYer can confirm this is only decent bagel in Colorado. They also happen to be a wonderful hardworking family making their dreams come true. Take my money.
This is the cutest coffee/bagel/ice cream spot I’ve ever been to. The person who took my order was absolutely lovely and the food came out quickly on a busy Sunday morning.
Unfortunately I was not a fan of this bagel, it was a bit too toasted for my liking and it had way too many pickled onions and not enough salmon. I would not return for a bagel, but I would come back for the amazing homemade ice cream!
