My theory is that they named it "A Decent Bagel" because some people only want to live or visit where they "can get a decent bagel." A Decent Bagel in Nederland certainly lives up to the name.
This place is a hidden gem! Staying at Black Hawk we stumbled upon this shop looking for some vegan-friendly breakfast in the area, and Decent Bagel did not disappoint. I got the everything bagel with vegan cream cheese and drip coffee with oat milk, the bagel and vegan cream cheese were good, the coffee was fresh, and the staff was amazing! I don't usually give out reviews unless something really blows me away. I haven't spent that much time in the boroughs but I can imagine this place would happily exist in Bushwick or another New York neighborhood. Next time might end up driving up from Boulder for breakfast. If you're in the area and want a bagel, can't really get better than this.
