“Hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had! I’ve eaten here twice now, as they are parked at Very Nice Brewing in Gilpin county frequently. The crab cakes sliders and salmon latkes are OTHER WORLDLY, and the Greek fries are a unique fusion dish I get every time. Cannot recommend enough!“
