Great food, well prepared and reasonably priced. Eat next door at the bar where you can get a great beer or cocktail.
Vegetarian options: Korean scallion pancake was authentic and delicious.

This place is amazing. Every bite was full of fresh, yummy, delicious flavor. La Musette’s food is so so good, and it’s really fun to eat at Niwot wheel works. You can sit outside or inside, where there was great live music and the Tour de France on the big screen. But the real draw is the food! The vegetables and dips are prepared so deliciously they are a feast unto themselves - and with the flatbread it’s even better. I had intended to save some of the brownie dessert for my kids… that didn’t happen. Next time I’ll bring them with me!
Vegetarian options: The vegetables can be a meal on their own they are soooo good.
Kid-friendliness: I didn’t bring my kids this time but I will next time!
Dietary restrictions: Everyone I was with was happy: both vegetarians and carnivores.

Chef Skyla catered two dinners for a group of 14 adults and 5 kids—and she hit it out of the park. She offered us several menu options and fully accommodated a range of food preferences and allergies. The food came carefully labeled and with simple reheating instructions. From appetizers to salads and entrees, to dessert, she thrilled everyone in our group. We can’t wait to visit Denver again just to eat more of Skyla’s food!

incredible staff, incredible drinks, and incredible music! this is a local gem!!
I had the pleasure of getting stuck in the rain riding my motorcycle. I pulled in right across the street. I ended up getting an amazing meal. Salmon with pesto noodles with a side salad. It was even delivered across the street to me in the rain!I told a few of my friends, we can't wait to come back under better circumstances.
I got a snack here during the Honeybee Harvest Festival but was disappointed. I ordered the savory coriander honey bread, which cost $9. For the price, I definitely had high expectations but unfortunately the bread was basically just a large dinner roll…it didn’t have great texture (it was really dense), and the flavors didn’t come through for me.
La Musette is a phenomenal hidden gem tucked out of the way in Niwot. Executive Chef Skyla Olds, who made her culinary bones in Napa Valley and New York City, has set up a food truck that is simply not to be missed. She sticks to a small menu that changes weekly and everything we have had ranges from excellent to best-we've-ever-tasted.Pro tip: La Musette is open for brunch on the weekends and their pancakes will definitely be the most next-level you have ever tasted.Extra pro tip: stay alert before holidays as La Musette often makes specialized meal items available for take-out - either piping hot and ready to go or prepped and ready to be finished at home.
Rotating menu - every week something different with a theme - French, Thai, Italian, Vietnamese, etc. I’ve eaten there several times and food is usually very good. Small menu with a few apps, entrees, salads, and desserts. Fun to go with one or two other people and order one of everything. Great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. Nice atmosphere - clean and nicely decorated with bike stuff and memorabilia from the owner’s collection. Service varies - can be a little slow sometimes. One of my favorite spots in Boulder County.
