So delicious!!! This is an awesome little pizza joint offering both classic favorites and creative gourmet options. Jeffrey is incredibly talented, and he puts his heart and soul into every detail of this place. The sauces, crust, ingredients, and flavor combinations are perfection. The owners are amazing people who have poured their hearts and souls into the place. It’s a great option for both those who are fans of traditional-style pizza; But it’s also a great option for those who have a more expansive palate. Jaime Katherine is the biggest pizza expert I have ever known in my life—and we come from a place where pizza opinions are worthy of a fight. I’m so excited for the community to check this place out. I promise you won’t regret it!!
The owners, Jaime Katherine and Jeff, are doing a superb job bringing delicious hand-made pizza back to our little village of Norwood. The menu has some old favorites and inventive new ones that will please the palates of all pizza lovers!

Dark Sky Cafe, formerly known as Dark Sky Pizza, is a hidden gem offering creative combinations and delicious flavors. The menu features some of the best tacos, including tempura cod, crispy potato and poblano, and pork carnita tacos, along with a Philly steak of the gf steak fries, Cubano, Italian sub, and a standard salad with balsamic. The pizza is also phenomenal, with great dough and crust, and options like cauliflower crust for those with dietary needs. The cafe provides great options for gluten free and other allergies without compromising flavor or texture. Service is friendly and unbeatable, with timely delivery and a personal experience. The owners are the sweetest people who love their community and take pride in using the finest and freshest ingredients from local suppliers. They serve local roasted coffees and Colorado sodas. With two tables inside and two outside, it is worth the drive from nearby counties for a palate delight.
