We savored not only the delicious brisket sandwich but also the atmosphere and views that this hole in the wall provided. The guy who served us was friendly and professional. The brisket was tender, moist, and not overly fatty… cooked to perfection.
We also appreciated the fact that it was kid and dog friendly. Would highly recommend checking this place out.

Stopped here last week while in town for some lunch. The food was delicious! We had a German hot dog and a brat with hatch green chili. Both were amazing. The tables have great views of the mountains. Service was fast and friendly. Wish we had time to go once more before we left.

Outstanding brats, try the bison for something fast and delicious. I even got my 3 year old to eat it. This place is wonderful, with great food and great customer service. It’s fast too, so you can get back to your hikes.

Fantastic food! Great service! I had the stacked enchiladas and my husband had the burrito bowl. The carnitas was tender and flavorful. Both the red and green sauces were amazing.

Colorado Boy has become our favorite restaurant for the naked Caesar salad and wood fired pizza! My husband & I shared the same meal, and actually were sat at the same exact table, 2 years in a row (our anniversary trip). The staff is friendly enough, plenty of tv's around to catch a game, etc. We will be returning in one week.
