Cahoots Tavern in Ouray is an absolute gem! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming—she even shared stories about her family’s original bar back home, and many of the decorations here came from that bar. Every detail in the place is unique and full of character.
The bathroom is hilarious and worth a visit on its own! We were in town from Missouri and needed a spot to watch the late Chiefs game, and she stayed open for everyone who came in to watch. That kind of hospitality is hard to find.
We also loved the free Photo Booth—such a fun touch!
They don’t serve full food, just some snacks, but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Ouray!

Crystal is the owner/bartender/entertainment. She’s awesome and takes great care of everyone.
I can’t say enough good stuff about this place, but I can promise you one thing: My group has never had that much fun at a bar on a sleepy offseason Monday.

This place was recommended by another local down the street. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Cocktails were fantastic and bought some thrifted items. Definitely made our vacation and we will be back next time we are in ouray. Very unique midwestern nostagic decor and great conversation with the bartender Crystal. Don’t hesitate- just stop by this place.
Cahoots is a must stop if you're in Ouray. There is so much fun decor to look at. The owner Crystal has a real knack for creating a fun, eclectic watering hole. As a Packer fan, it was the perfect place to watch last week Sunday's game against the Browns, but Cahoots is a great place to watch the game no matter what team you're rooting for. Crystal had snacks, and the game was on every TV. She has a great balcony space as well. Cahoots was one of the highlights of our trip to the beautiful state of Colorado.

Crystal kept the good vibes going all night with her awesome personality and made it an experience I’ll never forget. Definitely one of those nights you wish you could bottle up and relive again!
