Wonderful place for a meal, especially if you get the Polish food! Schnitzels and pierogis are excellent and be sure to ask the owner for a recommendation of a Polish beer to go with your meal. The owner and her staff were absolutely lovely, and it’s a great atmosphere with live music some nights. Be sure to come to Coyote Moon Lounge!
Atmosphere I'm only giving 4 stars, because I remember what it was like prior to the ownership change. The owner is an amazing lady though. Her menu is prepared EXACTLY how her family recipes are. I've never had better Polish food. It used to be a cowboy themed thing, and I think if she redecorates to be more Polish the vibe would change. Absolutely LOVE the food though. I recommend anyone who sees this review and is in Pagosa, go to Coyote Moon. You will not regret...
This was the first place we stopped for dinner and drinks when we got to town and we absolutely HAD to come back to leave more of our traveling dollars with such a delightful local gem! Alyssa was the most attentive and patient waitress I’ve encountered, maybe ever!
