So we had out of town guests for a few days. The winning restaurant for food and atmosphere? Coyote Moon Lounge!!!
Absolutely the best outdoor dining/drinking space in Pagosa. AND the best food!! Their Polish sausage, homemade mac and cheese, periogies, fried chicken tenders, scratch made sauces were all out of this world. Lots of shaded spaces, tables and couches. The service is on point. OHHH and the best Long Island Ice tea I have ever had. Hidden gem.
Coyote Moon Lounge was such a great find! It's just a bit off the main highway in Pagosa Springs but the atmosphere is lovely. There's an inside portion with bar seating and tables for larger groups. There's also an outdoor patio with some patio tables and chairs for the lovely evenings in Pagosa Springs. The food is unique in that it's heavily Polish, but there are hamburgers, etc on the menu. The pierogis were delicious and we had the polish sausage...
Wish there was 6 stars option for this place! Forst time in my life ibe ordered 2 main courses🫣polish sausage, and Mad Maeushka made may day! Highly highly reccomend. AWESOME POLISH FOOD!
