First off, and I am not 100% sure... I think the lady that runs this place is off the boat italian. At the very least the waitress was and that mean authenticity:) love that over the Olive Garden any day of the week ;)Sadly I was only able to try the hot garlic bread with cheese. BUT it was fantastic. And it came with red sauce to dip. There red sauce is not sweet but delicious. Personally I like the sweeter red causes. But thats a me thing :)

Delicious food, great service, great atmosphere! We are from Alabama and can honestly say this was the best Italian food we have ever had! Our waiter was very friendly and we received prompt service! We ate here March 25 when we were in town for my Dad’s funeral. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit!

this was an amazing experience, compared to others. our waitress was incredibly attentive and very polite. she made sure all of our needs were met, and she constantly made sure we were doing alright. the food was also a 10/10. the pastas and the pizzas were delicious and the cheesy bread appetizer was fabulous. overall, would highly recommend.

I made reservations more than 2 weeks ago. We had a party of 6 so they accepted our reservation for 7 pm. We got there at 7pm. And they did not have a table for us. We ended up waiting for 45 min for our reservation. Why did I even bother with it. I asked for an explanation as to why we didn’t have a table reserved if we had a reservation. Just got a “sorry”. Then after we finally got seated, we waited another 20 min for anyone to take our order! The food was good but that was the worst service ever. And there was nothing more than a “sorry”. No complimentary appetizers or something to acknowledge how awful they had been. When the bill came they added the 20% gratuity which was not ok. It was not a 20% service. We usually go to Ramon’s but we wanted to try something different. Dont recommend. Sticking to Ramon’s from now on.

Roberto provided the absolute worst service we have ever received. We waited 25 min just to take our drink order. He never came to check on us and only came to our table to finally deliver drinks and salad. We were given 3 sets of silverware for our party of 4 and had to ask 3 times to get the fourth. Roberto forgot our salads. After asking for them, we finally received a large bowl of salad, a cheap pair of tongs, and 5 appetizer plates that were delivered about 3 minutes prior to our entrees being delivered. The lasagna and chicken Marsala were decent but my husband's ribeye was not great and his broccoli was still frozen. The table next to us received excellent service by a young lady attending San Juan College and she did a great job of assisting us, as she saw Roberto was nowhere to be found throughout our hour and a half dinner service. I have never not left a tip but tonight, Roberto ended up with nothing and we gave the wonderful waitress from the table next to us a tip.

I've never left a bad review but after eating here, I had too. We waited 25 minutes before even placing our drink order and that was after I went downstairs to tell someone. Our waiter (Roberto) never checked on us, however, the waitress that took care of the table next to us, was basically our server. Not only was the service the worst I had ever experienced, the food was awful too. My $30 Ribeye was grainy, a piece of my broccoli was literally frozen, and the mashed potatoes were bland. I have never not tipped, but tonight I left nothing (after asking another waitress if they pull tips and divvy them out evenly, she said they keep their own tips -20% for bussers and kitchen. So, I tipped the waitress that actually helped us, and left our waiter with nothing.
